return policy

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. please ensure that the product is returned with all tags and labels intact.

return process

to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. send an email containing your order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return with the subject line 'return' to earlyexs.clo@gmail.com
2. we will review your return request within 1-5 working days
3. upon approval, you will receive the return label via email

refund process

once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition. if the product meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued. please note that a processing fee of 5.00 euros per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return processing costs.

exchanges

items can only be returned & refunded, we don't do exchanges. you can get an exchange by rebuying the right item when you receive your refund.

alternative selling option

consider selling your item on platforms like vinted, where our products often sell well at competitive prices. this option may provide a quicker and potentially more lucrative outcome than returning the item.

warranty

all early exs products are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years.
